  I just want to write a review, I'm not one to take the time to do this but I just had my wedding on June 27, 2015 at this location and as a bride I would not recommend renting this place for your special day. Please be very careful on renting this place and getting everything in writing and even if you get everything in writing I don't know that it matters the owner Luis Ito still went back on his word and he might tell you a different story but he was so rude to my guests, family and ourselves. I had to change my time of my ceremony 2 weeks before because he wouldn't open the location half hour earlier and he will tell you he opens the place only 20 minutes prior. Setting up the night before and the morning of the event was a hassle with him and wouldn't turn on A/C because he said I didn't pay for it. It made me sad to think someone rents their place for special days and doesn't really have a heart to think about how special this day is.
  
  This was a very special moment for my husband and I and dealing with a person like him really ruined our whole event. Someone like this person should not be in this type of business this are days that only come once and you plan so hard for everything to go well. I have been talking to my family and friends and all they can remember from my wedding is how rude he was, how he didn't let anyone use the bathroom because we were at the patio prior to the dance and how he didn't open the gate and how rude he was, trust me it's not what I wanted people to remember about my wedding.
  
  The place is a nice place but please if you must rent this place we did do to location but please be very aware of what he is capable of. I don't think he should be in this type of business everyone deserves to have a special day and to enjoy that day.
  
  I can't say enough of how sad it made me and how now I wish I would have looked around and gotten something different, he also made a comment that the price he charged didn't include the A/C for the rehearsal time or the morning when we were trying to set up our flower arrangement.
  
  I say if you are renting something set your price correctly and do things right and let the clients decide if they can afford your place or not. It's very unprofessional to tell you the night before your wedding that the price doesn't include your A/C. Really what kind of business person does this.
